C&S Woodworkers can make anything in wood, it could be reproducing an existing item or a prototype for the future.

C&S Woodworkers consists of myself, Tom Carter, Mike, and Brian Fudge. We have all served our apprenticeships. I am a shipwright and served my apprenticeship in 1961. Mike and Brian are joiners with forty years experience between them.

C&S Woodworkers was established in 1982 and started out doing general purpose joinery, stairs, doors and the like for the building trade and general public. All of which we still do today. Over the years we have undertaken many varied and interesting jobs from sliding box sash windows to kitchen units and furniture.

We have undertaken double glazed installations and have evolved our own pattern of windows. The timber we use is of good proportions, with uncomplicated fittings and traditional mountings. Jointed properly and glued the timber is treated with preservative throughout fabrication and after installation. All of this results in value for money for many years.
